Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs Pork Ribs, skin removed

Marinade:

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Water

Rub:

  • 2 tbsp Wildflower honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper 
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Mix together all ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Marinade Ribs in the Refrigerator for 30 minutes. 
  3. Remove the ribs from the marinade and pat the ribs dry.
  4. Place ribs in the slow cooker. 
  5. Pour marinade into  slow cooker until liquid surrounds but doesn't cover the ribs. Discard extra marinade.
  6. Mix together the rub ingredients.
  7. Apply the rub to the surface of the ribs. 
  8. Cook in slow cooker on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours. 
  9. Enjoy!
