1 medium acorn squash

1 Tbs olive oil

2 tsp Crystallized Honey

½ tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp paprika

¼ tsp black pepper
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut squash in half lengthwise then scoop the seeds out with a spoon. Place the squash cut-side down then cut across into ½-inch slices. We also like to cube some!
- Mix olive oil, crystallized honey, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper in a bowl.
- Add squash to bowl and toss to evenly coat.
- Place the squash in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
- Roast until the squash is fork tender and lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
