Honey Peanut Butter Energy Bites
- 1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 2/3 cup Peanut Butter
- 3 Tbsp Clover Honey
- In a food processor, blend oats to a flour consistency.
- Add Peanut Butter and Honey to food processor.
- Pulse food processor until ingredients come together and begin to form a dough ball. You may need to scrape the bowl a few times. *
- Remove dough from food processor and roll into bite sized balls. **
*If the dough doesn't hold together add 1-2 Tbsp more peanut butter.
**If dough sticks to hand, oil hands with cooking spray.
