Honey Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2/3 cup Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Clover Honey

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, blend oats to a flour consistency. 
  2. Add Peanut Butter and Honey to food processor.
  3. Pulse food processor until ingredients come together and begin to form a dough ball. You may need to scrape the bowl a few times. *
  4. Remove dough from food processor and roll into bite sized balls. **
  5. Enjoy!

*If the dough doesn't hold together add 1-2 Tbsp more peanut butter.

**If dough sticks to hand, oil hands with cooking spray.
