Honey Goat Cheese Crostini with Pistachios

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. - fresh goat cheese
  • 4 Tbs. - Orange Blossom Honey
  • 3 Tbs. - plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbs. - extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. - orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp. - freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. - coarse salt
  • 1/2 cup - roasted and chopped pistachios
  • Crostini, toasted

Directions:

Allow goat cheese to come to room temperature.

Place goat cheese, 2 Tbs. Orange Blossom Honey, yogurt, olive oil, orange zest, and salt into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until creamy and well blended. 

Add desired amount of goat cheese mixture to each crostini.

Top with pistachios and a drizzle of honey.

Serve immediately to prevent crostini from becoming soggy.
