Honey Goat Cheese Crostini with Pistachios
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. - fresh goat cheese
- 4 Tbs. - Orange Blossom Honey
- 3 Tbs. - plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbs. - extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. - orange zest
- 1/4 tsp. - freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. - coarse salt
- 1/2 cup - roasted and chopped pistachios
- Crostini, toasted
Directions:
Allow goat cheese to come to room temperature.
Place goat cheese, 2 Tbs. Orange Blossom Honey, yogurt, olive oil, orange zest, and salt into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until creamy and well blended.
Add desired amount of goat cheese mixture to each crostini.
Top with pistachios and a drizzle of honey.
Serve immediately to prevent crostini from becoming soggy.
