Holiday Honey Glazed Ham

Ingredients:
  • 1 (4 to 5 lb.) - fully cooked boneless ham
  • 1 can (8 oz.) - pineapple slices
  • 1/3 cup - Clover Honey
  • 1 T - ground mustard
  • ground cloves

Directions:

Bake ham at 325°F for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 120°F.

While ham is cooking, drain pineapple, reserving juice.

Combine reserved juice, honey, mustard and cloves; mixing well.

Score top of ham and arrange pineapple slices on top using toothpicks to hold them in place. Drizzle all of the honey mixture over the ham. Bake until internal temperature reaches 140°F. Be sure to baste the ham every 10 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if ham begins to darken beyond your liking.

Let rest 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
