Buckwheat Honey Caprese Salad

4 large heirloom tomatoes

16 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced into rounds

1 Handful of fresh basil leaves

2 Tbs. buckwheat honey

Salt & pepper to taste

Slice the heirloom tomatoes into 1/2" thick slices. Arrange tomatoes on a plate with basil leaves and cheese, alternating one after the other. Drizzle with buckwheat honey and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
